What you'll do

  • Perform comprehensive business analysis by gathering, documenting, validating, and managing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate intricate business issues and convert them into clear, actionable requirements and strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the solutions provided meet their expectations.
  • Develop detailed business cases to support project initiatives and justify investments.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in the identification of risks and issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis, demonstrating a solid understanding of the discipline.
  • A proven history of successfully eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with full lifecycle development methodologies, showcasing versatility in various project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change within the organization.
