Sanderson are working with a leading financial services organisation that puts customers at the centre of its business. The company is going through a period of impressive growth across their technology team, creating opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the development of its digital platforms. As a MetricStream Developer, you would be playing a pivotal role in the continued maintenance and development of the MetricStream applications, which helps to underpin the GRC management and strategy across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, enhance, and support the Group\’s GRC solution (MetricStream) and implement risk tools, standards, and guidelines. Provide guidance, oversight, and challenge across the full Risk Universe, including operational, financial, prudential, conduct, technology, and regulatory risks. Produce insightful risk analysis and assurance reports, monitoring risk exposure against appetite and capacity. Engage and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, delivering risk input, training, and support for projects and change initiatives. Support the delivery of regulatory and internal requirements, including ICAAP/ICARA processes. Skills & Experience: Experience with MetricStream, ideally including ORC and IT Cyber Compliance modules. Proven experience in mentoring or coaching colleagues. Strong customer-facing experience, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Someone who fits the company culture, is happy to take ownership and get stuck in, willing to challenge constructively, comfortable speaking directly to end users, and thrives working collaboratively within a team.
