Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, Recruitment Business Partner or Talent Partner looking for a role with greater strategic influence? Sanderson Solutions is seeking a Talent Partner to act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping shape hiring decisions, workforce plans and talent strategies. This is an opportunity to move beyond vacancy management and partner directly with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Leading workforce planning and strategic hiring discussions
- Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights
- Developing attraction strategies and proactive talent pipelines
- Using data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and direct sourcing activity
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
What we're looking for:
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO, Recruitment or Talent Partnering environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences
- Commercial awareness with a consultative approach
- Experience influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning activity
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
