Leading business is looking to bring in an experienced Unit 4 ERP Technical Consultant to support the ERP Platform team in reducing technical debt and improving system performance. The U4ERP system has been live for 10+ years, with a focus on enhancements around amendment logging, AG16s, and archiving/deletion routines. You will also play a key role in delivering against the wider ERP roadmap across multiple programmes.
Role:
- Analyse requirements and design/configure solutions across U4ERP modules
- Identify and reduce technical debt, improving system performance and integrity
- Manage competing priorities, project budgets, and delivery timelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business units, UNIT4, and partners
- Support change management processes (RFCs) and project delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate internal/external resources across multiple ERP initiatives
- Communicate risks, issues, and progress to senior stakeholders
Skills/experience:
- Proven experience delivering U4ERP (Unit4) projects and change initiatives
- Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and configuration
- Experience managing multiple priorities, budgets, and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
