About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a major organisation within the engineering and manufacturing sector, supporting a large-scale Windows 11 deployment programme. This role is ideal for an organised Project Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating deployment activities, and providing an excellent experience for end users throughout the rollout.
Working onsite, you will support the laptop deployment clinic, ensuring appointments run smoothly, documentation is accurately maintained, and users receive a professional service throughout the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Windows 11 laptop deployment clinic alongside a team of deployment engineers.
- Welcome users on arrival and ensure they have a scheduled appointment.
- Scan and collate client data for each user.
- Issue asset update forms and daily deployment sheets.
- Respond to user queries relating to the Windows 11 deployment project.
- Escalate any issues to the Deployment Manager where appropriate.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator.
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
- No OCI card holders.
- Able to work 5 days per week onsite in Derby.
- Must live within a commutable distance of Derby (approximately 20 miles).
