We are working with a fast growing, technology focused organisation that is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their commercial team. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a natural curiosity for technology and is looking to develop a long term career in sales.

Location: Bristol - Three Days a Week Onsite

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (+Commission)

The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making 40-60 outbound calls per day using provided data to engage new prospects.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Updating and managing the CRM system, capturing key insights and using AI-driven tools to refine your outreach approach.
  • Driving attendance to webinars and in-person events focused on emerging technologies and industry challenges.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's technology offerings to effectively engage with clients.
  • Keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales journey and supporting the closing process where required.
  • Continuously refining your approach by analysing performance and adapting your style to different audiences.
