Human Resources / People Operations Manager Gloucestershire 15 month Fixed Term Contract £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits 2 days a Week in the Office - Hybrid The Role : We're working in partnership with a well-known client to hire an experienced People Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the function.
This role is central to providing a high-quality HR service to employees and managers across the business.
You'll manage and develop a team of 8, oversee core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in how we deliver people services.
You'll work closely with the wider People leadership team, Payroll and Employee Relations to ensure service levels are met and the employee experience is consistently strong.
Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the People Operations team, ensuring HR support across onboarding, offboarding, employee data and benefits.
Manage workloads, queues and service levels to meet service levels Act as the subject matter expert for the Operations Processes Support peak workloads and cyclical activity with hands-on support when required.
Monitor employee experience through feedback and surveys, acting on insights.
Lead, coach and develop a team of People Ops Specialists - 1 to 1s and development pathways in a high performance culture Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.

Experience of Employee Relations exposure is an advantage.
