Role:

We're supporting a major transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant / Developer to help shape and deliver a pragmatic integration strategy across a complex enterprise landscape. This is not a role for someone who simply builds integrations. We're looking for someone who understands what good looks like, can challenge requirements constructively and is comfortable guiding stakeholders towards the right outcomes without creating friction.

You'll work across business and technology teams to design, develop and improve integrations, bringing a technology agnostic mindset and a strong understanding of modern integration principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable, robust integration solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical integration designs.
  • Provide expert guidance on integration best practice, helping teams make informed decisions.
  • Challenge assumptions and push back where required in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Take stakeholders on the journey, explaining technical concepts clearly and gaining buy in across the organisation.
  • Review existing integrations and identify opportunities for simplification, optimisation and standardisation.
  • Support the wider architecture and delivery teams in defining integration standards and patterns.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience delivering enterprise integrations within complex environments.
  • Hands on expertise with MuleSoft, Boomi and Solace.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, API management and integration design principles.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms and cloud based integration services.
  • Ability to operate in a technology agnostic manner, selecting the right solution for the business need rather than advocating a specific tool.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging requirements where appropriate.
  • Experience working across both business and technical teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience integrating with Workday.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture, data strategy or large-scale business transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of event driven architecture and messaging patterns.

Reasonable Adjustments:

Respect and equality are core values to us. We are proud of the diverse and inclusive community we have built, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and perspectives. Our success is driven by our people, united by the spirit of partnership to deliver the best resourcing solutions for our clients.
