My client is accelerating its investment in AI, moving from early experimentation into scaled, enterprise-wide deployment. They are now seeking a Head of AI to establish and lead a centralised AI capability that will define how AI is designed, built, and operationalised across the organisation. The successful candidate will shape the operating model, lead platform and engineering strategy, and ensure AI is embedded into real business workflows across operations, customer experience, and marketing. This is a hands-on enterprise leadership role focused on productionising AI at scale and driving adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities / Experience
- Build and lead a central AI engineering function, including defining structure, operating model, and delivery standards
- Own end-to-end delivery of scalable AI solutions across enterprise platforms (including Databricks and Microsoft Azure AI services)
- Lead the productionisation and industrialisation of AI use cases across business functions
- Manage hybrid teams combining internal engineers, AI Ops/MLOps capability, and third-party delivery partners
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive AI adoption, value realisation, and organisational change
