Sanderson are currently working with a client who are looking to grow their Embedded Software Engineering team. As an Embedded Software Engineer you will be designing and implementing real time software development for a variety of safety-critical products including RF communications and sensors.

The role will include responsibilities such as:

  • Understanding of embedded software requirements, software design and test/verification processes for efficient real time solutions from concept through to full product lifecycle
  • Strong experience in C and/or C++ for embedded development
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements, system design and test and integration phase alongside modern DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of latest System on Chip devices, Software Defined Radio and open-source frameworks such as OpenCPI
  • Comprehension of Digital Signal Processing algorithms and modelling and simulation tools such as MATLAB & Simulink
  • Experience in hardware and FPGA development

This role will require eligibility to be clearable to DV Clearance.
