Job Description

  • Service Design Workstream Lead
  • Rate: Up to c£600 (inside IR35/via umbrella)Location: London (Hybrid) 1/2x per week onsite
  • Duration: 6 month initial contract

Clearance: Active SC clearance is essential Sanderson are supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream.

This role requires a blend of deep Service Design expertise and strong leadership capability.

You'll lead a team responsible for understanding current services and processes, designing future operating models and driving successful transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead the Service Design workstream across a large transformation programme.

Drive As Is, To Be and transition state design.

Lead and develop a team of Service Designers and analysts.

Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.

Experience Required Extensive Service Design and process improvement experience.

Proven experience within large scale transformation programmes.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience leading teams and building high performing cultures.

Expertise in end to end service design, process mapping and operating model design.
