My client is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on data leader to take ownership of data, MI, and operational insight for a high-performing financial institution. This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the business, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives performance, efficiency, and customer outcomes. You'll combine technical expertise with leadership, owning key systems and shaping how data supports decision-making at the most senior level.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and lead all divisional data, MI, and reporting, acting as the single point of expertise across operations
- Drive insight-led decision making by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analysts, setting standards for quality, delivery, and technical excellence
- Take full ownership of the workflow system, optimising performance, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver best-in-class dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
