Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to support a few different work-streams at discovery and latter stages. Specifically, we are looking for a BA who is used to working in a less structured environment, helping to define the structure and refine it going forwards. The individual must leverage their experience in stakeholder management, template creation, and process definition. They should feel comfortable with the uncomfortable and embrace ambiguity.

Details:

  • Rate: £550 p/d (umbrella)
  • Contract: 6 month initial contract (with scope for extensions)
  • Working Model: Hybrid working - Likely 2/3 days a week onsite in the client's office in Yeovil. Flexibility on what days in the office for workshops or other high-profile meetings is required.

Experience needed:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst
  • Self-starting attitude with the ability to drive the agenda and influence outcomes
  • Experience in conducting analysis (Discovery) on complex changes that impact people, process, and systems
  • Experience working within retail/ecommerce would be desired (but not 100% a must have)
  • Exposure to completing business analysis on business systems, not just technology systems (e.g. target operating model changes)
  • Extensive process definition experience including process modelling (BPMN) as well as supporting documentation such as RACIs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using process modelling tools such as Visio as well as collaboration tools such as Miro, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Jira, and Confluence
