Role Overview
Role scope: Lead a team of Senior Product, and Product Managers to deliver key outcomes, including improved on-shelf availability and increased operational efficiency.
Key initiatives: Drive strategic experiments such as electronic shelf-edge labels (eSELs) and RFID technology.
Stakeholder engagement: Engage senior, diverse stakeholders and partner closely with Transformation teams to successfully implement technology trials and initiatives in stores.
Vendor management: Oversee multiple external vendors, providing clear strategic direction in ambiguous environments.
Experience: Senior or Head of Product experience within retail or operational domains, enabling rapid impact in a fast-paced setting.
Strategic capability: Strong strategic thinker with a focus on value delivery and measurable outcomes.
Operational insight: Deep appreciation of operational processes, with a willingness to spend time in stores to inform technology strategy.
