We are seeking experienced Programme Managers to join a Change Delivery function within a large financial services organisation. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering complex change programmes, working closely with business functions, third parties and senior stakeholders.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Leeds with hybrid working (a mix of office and home-based working).
About the role- Design the overall approach and delivery plans for assigned programmes, spanning multiple projects and workstreams
- Lead and support programme teams in partnership with a Senior Programme Delivery lead and Director-level sponsors
- Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on interdependencies, risks, alternative delivery approaches and optimal routes to delivery
- Ensure commercial agreements align with the agreed delivery model and supplier management requirements
- Take accountability for high-quality programme artefacts, plans and outputs, delivered to agreed cost, time and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable effective, continuous delivery of change
- Manage dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues across complex programmes
- Ensure delivery aligns with internal change governance and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes within financial services or a similarly regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of structured programme and project management methodologies (e.g. MSP, Agile, APM, PRINCE2)
- Demonstrable Agile delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A strong track record of delivering technology-enabled change
- Experience of financial management, forecasting and budget control
- Salary up to £95,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working with travel to Leeds
- 12-month fixed-term contract
