The Role
We're supporting a leading UK financial services organisation on a new platform build and they're looking for an Integration Developer with a strong DevOps background. This is a developer-first role with a significant DevOps leaning, ideal for someone who enjoys building backend services (TypeScript / Node.js on AWS) while owning how code is deployed, automated and operated at scale. You'll play a key role in designing and building deployment pipelines (Harness) while contributing to backend engineering and platform integration work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Develop high-quality backend code in line with engineering standards
- Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines (Harness focus)
- Implement robust DevOps practices across the SDLC
- Collaborate on delivering new platform features and capabilities
- Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
