Our government client has an URGENT requirement for a number of Interviewers / Assessors to join their recruitment team on a contract basis. You will be aligned to a UK wide Recruitment Campaign as an Interviewer / Assessor, where you will provide remote support to the hiring process for a large public sector programme.
Day to day this involves:
- Delivery of online interviews, role plays, and structured assessments
- Scoring candidates against clear competency criteria
- Ensuring a fair and professional virtual assessment experience for all participants.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Candidate Assessment (In house teams, Recruitment Agency or Talent Acquisition)
- Leading / Running virtual sessions
- Excellent Decision making & Documentation skills
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
Contract details: £155 per day, Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
