We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team, working on the build and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within a complex digital environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, shaping technical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver real business impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and enhancing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet evolving business needs
- Translating requirements into robust technical designs and scalable solutions
- Developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and modern web technologies
- Supporting testing activities, including UAT and defect resolution
- Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining high-quality documentation and coding standards
- Identifying opportunities for platform improvement and optimisation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience working on the ServiceNow platform in a technical capacity
- Hands-on expertise in scripting, configuration, and platform development
- Experience with modules such as GRC, IRM, or SPM
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, and JSON
- Understanding of structured delivery approaches such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS)
- Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments
- Exposure to solution design or technical leadership activities
