A leading Retail organisation is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join their Customer & Data function and lead a team of analysts driving customer, CRM and commercial insight across the business.

You'll take ownership of a team of 4 Analysts, helping shape the future of customer analytics, CRM performance and data-driven decision making.

The Role
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Analysts
  • Build and mature the analytics capability, driving best practice across analysis, forecasting and insight delivery
  • Drive CRM and customer performance through data-led recommendations and optimisation
  • Lead complex customer analytics projects, translating business challenges into actionable insights
  • Prioritise and manage a varied analytics backlog using Agile methodologies
  • Partner with stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Digital, eCommerce and Commercial functions
  • Develop forecasting models, analytical tools and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision making
Skills/Experience
  • Proven experience leading people/team
  • Strong Retail, eCommerce or customer-focused industry experience
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience delivering commercial insights that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift or Google BigQuery
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders
