Quality Technical Manager - Chemicals We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented
Sourcing Quality Technical Administrator
to support our Paint and Chemicals Quality team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our products remain compliant with regulatory requirements while supporting technical and quality initiatives across the business.
As part of the Group Quality function, you will work closely with suppliers, quality professionals and internal stakeholders to manage technical documentation, support regulatory projects and maintain critical product information.
What You'll Be Doing Support the delivery of key regulatory projects, including upcoming CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) updates.
Manage project tracking, reporting and administrative activities for quality initiatives.
Collate and maintain lists of suppliers and products within project scope.
Coordinate communications with vendors and external partners.
Review Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Support updates to product artwork and labelling.
Maintain and update product documentation and technical records.
Gather technical files from suppliers and prepare Declarations of Performance (Do Ps) for quality approval.
Upload and manage documentation within quality management systems.
Essential Skills Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Confidence in learning and using business systems and databases.
Experience Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Exposure to technical, quality or compliance-related environments.
Understanding of chemical, regulatory or product compliance processes would be advantageous.
Ability to use Excel formulas and manage data effectively Previous administration experience
