Help shape the culture of an innovative organisation. Our client, a leading, innovative name in Finance Technology, are looking to hire an Engagement and Learning lead to help them continue to drive improvements in Culture and Values, Employee Engagement, Learning, and Corporate Social Responsibility. This is a hands-on generalist comms role.

This would be a fantastic role for someone who is looking to make a difference with a supportive team in a purpose-led organisation and has experience across Engagement and Colleague Development. They are a well-funded business who are continuing to innovate and transform following successes in their space. There's a big focus in the business in investing in continuing to improve Colleague Wellbeing, Learning so someone who wants to innovate rather than keep things as they are would be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage internal communications across a variety of channels
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives such as ED&I, volunteering, and employee events
  • Run engagement surveys and support follow-up actions
  • Plan and lead Town Hall meetings, briefings, and staff events
  • Support leaders with clear, engaging internal communications.
  • Help deliver CSR initiatives
  • Work with teams to identify learning needs and deliver practical solutions
  • Act as a trusted partner for learning, culture, and engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Employee Engagement within a similar sized business would be highly desirable (50 - 100)
  • Experience working on the HR / Culture / Engagement side of communications
  • Experience delivering engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Confident presenting both in-person and online
  • Comfortable using digital tools, especially SharePoint
  • Experience supporting ED&I, volunteering, or CSR initiatives
  • A bonus if you've worked in an innovative SME e.g. in tech, fintech or professional services business
