You'll sit at the heart of impairment and capital management, turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end stress testing and forecasting across internal and regulatory cycles, ensuring outputs are timely, robust, and decision-ready.
- Own short-term forecasts and outlooks, tracking performance against actuals to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide portfolio insights on impairment and RWAs, surfacing the real drivers of movement and their business impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep, hands-on experience with RWA measurement and capital concepts.
- SAS or SQL expertise for large-scale data management and analysis (Python a plus).
- Proven stress testing experience (frameworks, scenarios, execution) and forecasting capability.
- Strong analytical toolkit (problem-structuring, hypothesis-led analysis) and project management across multiple priorities.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to craft compelling, concise narratives from complex analysis.
- Financial Services experience is essential.
- Knowledge of IFRS 9 impairment provisioning, familiarity with CRD IV/CRR and background in retail credit risk would be highly advantageous.
