About the role: You will assess candidates during online assessment days, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This is a fully home-based role. This role is ad hoc, approximately 3 days per week for an initial 12 weeks, with extensions likely after that.
Key responsibilities:
- Run online assessments including interviews, role plays and tests
- Apply grading criteria accurately and fairly
- Support candidates and colleagues throughout the process
- Keep to schedules and record scores promptly
What we are looking for:
- Experience assessing candidate behaviours and strengths
- Confident in leading live and recorded sessions
- Strong judgement and ability to work objectively
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
