Digital Programme Manager – Retail – Loyalty
On behalf of our large and market leading Retail client we are looking for an experienced and skilled Digital Programme Manager to work within their loyalty proposition division. My client has re-designed their loyalty offering and are now looking for a Programme Manager to join them and help structure their plan, turn it into tangible milestons, ensure governance and deliver the programme with the wider team. All these deliveries are around Digital, Data, CRM, E-Commerce etc and this will be cross-functional stakeholder wise, therefore is a large and complex delivery. You will likely have four Delivery Leads report in to you, so is senior programme manager role.
This candidate will need extensive and ideally recent Retail experience, a proven record leading large scale digital transformations and ideally have a background around loyalty and rewards. You will also need excellent stakeholder and supplier management. This could be a long term role and is working on exciting change.
Experience:
– Experienced and skilled Digital Programme Manager
– Must have extensive retail experience (ideally recent)
– Must have Digital delivery experience across a range of roles
– Will ideally have Loyalty / Rewards exposure – this would really help
– Excellent stakeholder management, working on large programmes that are cross functional
– 1 day per week in their office in Hampshire
