A key client based in Chester are on a 3 year technology transformation journey and are looking for a Data Warehouse Manager to spearhead a vibrant team in providing state-of-the-art data warehousing solutions. This position entails overseeing daily operations and spearheading the transformation of the data warehousing capabilities to leverage advanced tools within a contemporary cloud framework.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL principles.
- Experience with SAS software.
- Knowledge of Oracle database solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage the data warehousing team to deliver support and change requirements.
- Work Management: Track and manage the data warehousing work backlog, prioritising tasks as agreed with technology management.
- People Management: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Technical Delivery: Deliver ETL and data processing code as part of a working technical team.
- Process Automation: Develop and maintain process automation solutions.
