We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Head of Financial Reporting to lead a modern, technology-enabled reporting function. This is a pivotal leadership role for a self-starter who thrives on building best-in-class financial reporting frameworks, leveraging ERP systems, and driving data-led decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting processes.
- Own and optimise ERP and reporting tools (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Define and govern financial data structures, KPIs, and reporting logic.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Lead and develop a technically strong reporting team.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial reporting within complex, systems-led environments.
