What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and members.
  • Manage enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Build knowledge of financial products, compliance, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or client support.
  • Financial services, banking, or insurance experience is a plus (not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
