Role scope: Lead a team of Senior Product, and Product Managers to deliver key outcomes, including improved on-shelf availability and increased operational efficiency.
Key initiatives:
- Drive strategic experiments such as electronic shelf-edge labels (eSELs) and RFID technology.
Stakeholder engagement:
Engage senior, diverse stakeholders and partner closely with Transformation teams to successfully implement technology trials and initiatives in stores.
Vendor management:
Oversee multiple external vendors, providing clear strategic direction in ambiguous environments.
Experience:
