We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Applications Manager to lead the delivery and support of our core insurance applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of systems that underpin our operations across policy administration, claims, and document management. You will manage relationships with vendors and offshore partners, oversee incident and problem resolution, and work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align technology delivery with strategic goals.
- Key skills & Responsibilities
- Proven experience in a similar role within the London Insurance Market
- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and insurance platforms
- Experienced working with Insurance Applications
- Familiarity with SQL, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and ITIL frameworks
- Experience managing hybrid teams and working with offshore partners
- Experienced working with Vendors and offshore vendors
- Lloyds of London experience is highly desired
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
