Sanderson are working with a consulting client who are looking to grow their Access Management capability. The client is seeking a PAM Manager to deliver complex Privileged Access Management programmes.

As a PAM Manager, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of complex Privileged Access Management programmes across enterprise environments, leveraging platforms.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand challenges and design secure, scalable solutions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of PAM initiatives - from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption.
  • Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go-to-market development.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance concepts and experience delivering end-to-end implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAG platforms and their core components/integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex workstreams.
  • Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation.

This role will require you to be willing and eligible to undergo UK security clearance.
