Our client, a leading finance company, is looking to engage with a contractor with a background as a Property Systems Specialist. This role is critical to the delivery of a wider project key for supporting ambitious growth plans.

Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source. Hybrid working - 2 days per week on site.

Skills & experience required:
  • Experience using property management systems e.g. MRI, Yardi, RealPage etc.
  • Property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
  • Ability to engage with suppliers, technical teams and users
General responsibilities:
  • Implement process and system improvements for operational teams.
  • Manage reporting requirements & develop ad-hoc reports.
  • Configure and optimise modules across our property management & system stack.
  • Work with software suppliers on complex configuration and enhancements.
  • Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end-user queries.
  • Data integrity, workflows, user roles, configuration documentation.
