Business Analyst Outside IR35 | Hybrid Working in South East England A major transformation programme is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the redesign of products, services and operating models as the programme transitions to a Minimum Viable Product approach.
This is an opportunity to join a large scale business change initiative focused on modernising platforms, improving business processes and delivering a more agile, customer focused operating model.
The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help define how the business operates in the future by mapping current and future state processes, products and customer journeys.
You will play a key role in shaping the target operating model and ensuring it aligns with the programme's revised MVP delivery approach.
Key Responsibilities Map current and future state products, services and customer journeys.
Analyse the impact of the move to an MVP approach.
Define and document future operating model requirements.
Support target operating model design and implementation.
Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders across the programme.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Skills and Experience Proven Business Analyst experience within large scale transformation programmes.
Strong Target Operating Model design experience.
Extensive experience mapping as is and to be processes and services.
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into practical future state solutions.
Experience within financial services, mutuals, insurance, wealth management or the charity sector would be highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of customer propositions and customer journeys.
Contract Details Outside IR35.
Initial contract running on a long term transformation programme extending into 2027.
Hybrid working with occasional travel to London or Kent for workshops.
Typically 1 to 2 days per week when required This role would suit a Business Analyst who enjoys operating at both strategic and delivery levels and has a strong track record in operating model design within complex transformation environments.
