Location: Bromsgrove. 2 to 3 days per week onsite

About the role

Our client, one of the UK's leading Financial Services firms, are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a high volume of business and technology change within a regulated environment. You will work across operations, CRM systems and wider change initiatives, shaping requirements, mapping processes and ensuring delivery aligns to business outcomes. This is a hands-on Business Analyst role working across process mapping, CRM platforms and Agile delivery in a stakeholder-heavy environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with senior stakeholders to define and manage business change requirements
  • Elicit, challenge and refine requirements across operations and technology
  • Map current and future state processes across business workflows
  • Translate requirements into clear documentation, user stories and change outputs
  • Bring structure to ambiguous requirements and complex change activity
  • Ensure alignment across business units
