I am currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a leading organisation based within the South West area. This role is required to support and build technical solutions that support critical improvements of the client's business systems and processes.
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Location: South West - 3 days a week onsite is a MUST
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications that drive process optimisation, systems improvements and data driven decisions.
- Perform a variety of Business Analyst techniques that use tools such as Gap trend analysis, data mapping and process modelling to improve the business.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with programming languages which include Python and systems architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL is critical for extracting, validating and analysing data from databases.
- Solid understanding and experience of business process modelling and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills working with internal and external business leaders.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira and Visio.
