The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

We're supporting a large, enterprise environment undergoing improvements across device and asset management. This is a hands-on role centred on mobile/connected hardware lifecycle management, with scope to suit candidates from a software licence / SAM background. You'll take ownership of mobile and connected device activity across incident resolution, request fulfilment and deployment, covering build, configuration and distribution.

Alongside this, you'll maintain accurate CMDB records, work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve connectivity and telemetry issues, and support reporting across asset usage and trends. There is a strong focus on identifying inefficiencies, driving process improvements and contributing to device standards, governance and overall cost optimisation.

Please note, engagement is via umbrella company only; all tax and NI will be deducted at source. Attendance required 3 days per week on site.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in hardware asset management, mobility support or software asset / licence management
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, CMDBs and ticketing systems
  • Exposure to mobile device tech (Intune, Knox, Apple ecosystem advantageous)
  • Solid Excel and reporting capability
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • ITIL awareness
  • Experience across telecoms / mobile estates
  • Background in cost optimisation or service improvement initiatives
