  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and integration partners.
Background & Skills:
  • 3-5 years' technical/analytical post-graduate experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong technical aptitude; someone who can quickly absorb and deliver across a range of business systems and technical tasks, even if direct experience is lacking.
  • Degree-level education, valued for evidence of intellectual agility and ability to operate at required level.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL; must demonstrably handle and interact with SQL databases.
  • Interest in business systems, MES (manufacturing execution systems), and technical process improvement.
  • A proactive, 'go-getter' mindset; curious, solutions-focused, and willing to take ownership.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Exposure to MES platforms, automation, or shop-floor systems.
Additional Notes:

Willingness to travel to US sites on an occasional basis (maximum once per year).
