Exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading companies as a Desktop Installation Technician. To deliver desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required as part of a service delivery solution.
The role will involve:
- Unboxing and installing equipment at desks
- Connecting peripherals and attaching cabling (including power and network)
- Powering up devices
- Completing relevant tests
- Carrying out basic troubleshooting & support where required
- Initiating automated builds
- Performing simple, scripted post-login configuration tasks
