Are you a hands-on AI Lead passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud deployments? Do you enjoy designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic AI team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in Insurtech and Fintech.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications, fine-tune LLMs, and integrate AI capabilities across platforms.
About the Role- Lead the design, implementation, and fine-tuning of LLMs and generative AI solutions (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models).
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Develop AI-powered applications integrating LLMs with APIs, agents, and workflows.
- Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices and high-quality outputs.
- 6 years of Python development with hands-on experience in Generative AI.
- Strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS).
- Proven team leadership and mentoring skills; managing 3-5 engineers.
- Cloud deployment experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, AI/ML principles, and MLOps.
- Experience developing REST APIs and Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Crew AI).
- Experience in Insurtech or Fintech domains.
- Knowledge of insurance workflows or policy administration systems.
- Team leadership and client-facing experience.
- Work on high-impact AI projects with cutting-edge technology.
