We're supporting a leading financial services organisation looking for a hands-on Service Designer to join a key transformation programme.

The Role

  • Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys
  • Create service blueprints and journey maps
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product, tech and CX teams
  • Translate insight into practical, scalable design outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong Service Design experience in complex environments
  • Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting and facilitation
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
