Senior Category Managers x 2

Our client, a large well-known insurance brand, is currently looking to hire 2 Senior Category Managers to work on Non-IT vendors across the group.

Job Title: Senior Category Manager
Location: York, London, Bristol or Norwich
Hybrid Working: 2 Days a Week in any of the above locations.
Duration: 12 Months
Day Rate: Competitive Depending on Experience. (Inside IR35 via Umbrella Company)

Category Manager x 1

• High Volume & Multiple Tenders Experience
• Professional Services Category (primary Consulting Services)
• Need to move quickly in this category, request from business to selection/onboarding is quick
• Manage Suppliers, focusing on Managing Multiple Tenders, Contract Negotiation, Selection, etc.
• FCA experience is useful
• Non-IT Categories acceptable if not consulting
• Good work ethic, adaptable to varying work conditions

Category Manager x 2

• Managing complex negotiations of outsourcing activity
• Much more complex and in-depth responsibilities
• Category involves all non-IT – Customer Claims, Offshoring, etc., with a more customer-facing role.
• Strong outsourcing experience required
• Strong Stakeholder Management/Influencing skills necessary
