Our government client has an URGENT requirement for a number of Interviewers/Assessors to join their recruitment team on a contract basis. This role requires UK Security Clearance (SC Clearance) and successful candidates will be invited to commence the screening process immediately after offer.

You will be aligned to a UK wide Recruitment Campaign as an Interviewer/Assessor, where you will provide remote support to the hiring process for a large public sector programme. Day to day this involves:

  • Delivery of online interviews, role plays, and structured assessments
  • Scoring candidates against clear competency criteria
  • Ensuring a fair and professional virtual assessment experience for all participants.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Candidate Assessment (In house teams, Recruitment Agency or Talent Acquisition)
  • Leading/Running virtual sessions
  • Excellent Decision making & Documentation skills
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)

Contract details

£155 per day, Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
