Procurement Officer 12 Month FTC Leeds (Hybrid - Full or Part Time Working Pattern Considered) We are looking for a highly organised Procurement Officer to support procurement and contract management activity across a complex and fast paced organisation. This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring supplier engagement, contract governance and procurement processes are delivered consistently and effectively. You will work with stakeholders across the business, supporting procurement activity from planning and due diligence through to contract administration and ongoing contract management. The Role You will provide day to day support across procurement and contract management activities, helping ensure processes are followed, records are maintained and stakeholders receive a high level of support. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining procurement and contract management systems and records. Supporting procurement exercises and supplier engagement activity. Assisting contract owners with renewals, extensions and new procurement activity. Maintaining contract registers and associated documentation.
