Summary of the role: A new Business Readiness and Operational Change function is being created at Diligenta to support its growth and 'One Diligenta' strategy. This function will be crucial for managing the migration and transformation of the BaNCS platform, ensuring excellent customer journeys, and embedding consistent change for customers, clients, and colleagues. The Planning Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-level planning, including strategic plans, forecasting, and data visualization to enable informed decision-making across all accounts. Essentially, this new function and role aim to standardise and improve change management and planning across the entire organization.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead, develop and manage the team of short/medium term Planners, Schedulers, RTQM & Insight Analyst across all Operational services, including Voice, Back Office and Complaints
- Experience configuring and maintaining a Workforce Management & Optimization solution/s
- Contingency and Recovery planning
- Understand business requirements in context to business intelligence
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Assess Risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
- Ability to analyse data and 'tell the story' in an appropriate and effective way to relevant audiences, what If scenario building
- Has complete accountability for the results and performance of area
- Responsible for developing departmental plans, including business, operational and organisational priorities
- Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility
- Guides others in resolving complex issues in their own specialised area and solves complex problems with implications on cross-functional business processes and outcomes.
