  • Champion a "security first" approach across systems and services
  • Take ownership of personal and technical development
  • Mentor colleagues and support internal knowledge transfer
  • Assist with change evaluation and scheduling
  • Play a technical role across customer and internal projects from discovery and design through to implementation
  • Become a subject matter expert for key customer accounts and technologies
  • Oversee full product life cycles, from pre-sales and design through to build and ongoing operation
  • Support pre-sales activities by helping gather requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring secure, scalable technical proposals

What You'll Bring to the Team

You'll have experience in some of the following areas, with a willingness to learn others as needed:

  • Technical Skills
  • Operating Systems: Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Microsoft
  • Virtualisation: VMware (NSX-T, VCF, VCD), KVM, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Nutanix

  • Understanding of server hardware, including hardware/software RAID
  • Experience contributing to technical projects
  • Knowledge of data centre operations, processes, and controls
  • Working experience in Incident and Problem Management
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Soft Skills
  • A problem solving mindset and analytical thinking
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning
