Are you a hands-on Java Technical Lead with experience delivering AI-powered solutions at scale?

We're looking for a Technical Lead - Java (AI Enabled) to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications while leading a talented engineering team. You'll combine strong technical leadership with hands-on coding, helping shape modern platforms that leverage Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation to solve complex business challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable Java 17+/Spring Boot microservices
  • Own architecture decisions, system design, and engineering standards
  • Design resilient, high-performance APIs and distributed systems
  • Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical leadership
  • Champion Agile delivery and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
  • Drive adoption of AI engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code
  • Deliver AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and intelligent automation
  • Design workflow orchestration solutions using Camunda or similar BPM platforms
  • Lead the implementation of Agentic AI capabilities, autonomous workflows, and AI-driven decision making
  • Drive observability, reliability, security, and platform scalability initiatives

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot
  • Experience operating as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer
  • Strong background in microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Camunda or similar workflow orchestration platforms
  • Proven delivery of AI-enabled solutions including LLM integrations, RAG, vector databases, or prompt engineering
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI orchestration, and intelligent workflow automation
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design
  • Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
