Recruitment Campaign Assessor - Contract
\nOur government client has an URGENT requirement for a number of Interviewers/Assessors to join their recruitment team on a contract basis.
\nThis role requires UK Security Clearance (SC Clearance) and successful candidates will be invited to commence the screening process immediately after offer.
\nYou will be aligned to a UK wide Recruitment Campaign as an Interviewer/Assessor, where you will provide remote support to the hiring process for a large public sector programme. Day to day this involves;

- Delivery of online interviews, role plays, and structured assessments \n
- Scoring candidates against clear competency criteria \n
- Ensuring a fair and professional virtual assessment experience for all participants. \n
Experience Required
\n- \n
- Proven experience in Candidate Assessment (In house teams, Recruitment Agency or Talent Acquisition) \n
- Leading/Running virtual sessions \n
- Excellent Decision making & Documentation skills \n
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) \n
Contract details:

- £155 per day, Inside IR35 (Umbrella) \n
