Sanderson are currently supporting a leading financial services brand to identify a HR Advisor/Administrator to join a busy HR Advisory team on a short term contract. This is a fast paced, admin focused role supporting a team of HR Advisors during a period of high hiring activity.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing offer documentation to new starters
- Updating and maintaining employee records on the HR system (Oracle)
- Supporting candidates through pre employment screening and onboarding checks
- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues
- Assisting with ad hoc HR administration tasks
- Supporting system testing activities where required
About you:
- Previous HR administration experience is essential
- Comfortable speaking with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using HR systems and technology
- Oracle experience would be advantageous
- Able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards
