Job Description
-IT Support Specialist β Apple/Mac/iOS
-Edinburgh
-3 month initial contract, converting to permanent
-Excellent Day Rates (inside IR35)
-Immediate Start
IT Support Specialist required for our market-leading commercial client, who are embarking on a huge growth period and evolution, as they look to introduce new projects and services, whilst growing out the team as a whole.
Working as part of an established environment as an IT Support Specialist, you will provide support/troubleshooting to internal end users for all Apple, Mac and MacOS devices.
Essential Skills:
- General on site troubleshooting of all Apple/Mac/iOS devices
- Conference room AV troubleshooting
- Mac and Mac OS troubleshooting
- Laptop setups
- Onboarding new hires
- Making Apple orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively alongside others
