Sanderson Recruitment Plc is seeking a Call Centre Trainer to support the development of customer service teams in a regulated financial services environment. The role is based in Peterborough or Basingstoke, onsite, for an initial 6-month contract with a daily rate of £350–£450 (inside IR35/via umbrella).
You will work with Team Managers and Customer Service Representatives to improve conversations, coaching capability, quality and outcomes.
