Delivering "The best in class platform based Life and Pensions administration service provider" is the aligned goal of the Enterprise MI, Planning and Insights function which aligns directly to the Diligenta strategy. At the core of the function is the requirement to design and implement an overall and consistent Enterprise MI, Planning and Insights model and framework that helps support the best in class end customer journeys for all customers, colleagues and clients in line with the 'One Diligenta' model approach.
The purpose of the Enterprise Planning Lead role is to oversee the development and implementation of the enterprise planning and workforce management function and to optimise business effectiveness and implement best practice across the whole estate. This includes capacity planning, scheduling, Real Time queue management, and insights, across all whole of customer services.
The role can be based in any of the following offices: Edinburgh, Liverpool, Bristol or Peterborough and will work on a hybrid basis. Some travel between the office will be required.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensure accurate demand inflow and resource planning forecasts for all Front Office, Back Office, complaints, and other channels, considering marketing campaigns, product launches, trends, seasonal and intraday variations, events, commercial factors, and contingency elements. Align these forecasts with the company's long-term vision and goals.
- Develop and implement contingency and recovery plans.
- Understand and interpret business requirements in the context of business intelligence.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyse data and effectively communicate insights to relevant audiences, including scenario planning.
- Develop departmental plans, encompassing business, operational, and organizational priorities.
- Oversee resource management and policy formation within the area of responsibility.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience within all areas of planning
- Someone who has worked at a senior level, and has had direct management experience across multiple locations (on-shore and off-shore)
- Knowledge of Workforce Management systems, ideally NICE, but others would suffice
- Strong stakeholder management up to c-suite or director level
- A willingness to not only manage from the top, but also roll their sleeves up and deliver if needed
